SBI not allowing limit transfer from existing card

Today i called customer care to close my sbi card
And told them to transfer limit from one of the card to other
They told they cant,3-4 days ago they received a notice
They cant transfer limit of a card to another card
Someone can confirm?
 
It happened with me too. The first agent said it is not possible. I have called again next day. This agent said it is possible and tried to do this. However my cards not showing in SBI card app. Agent told me first both the card should appear in mobile app, then the customer care can do the limit transfer.

So you try one more time.

Same issue with me. I have tried 3/4 times and they are not able to see both my cards, even though both are linked to same number and when I call customer care the system ask me to choose one card.

I have called the CC today. They have confirmed that they have removed the limit transfer facility. Agent has confirmed that , earlier it was possible, but now they removed this option.
