Sbi Phonepe black real life experience of benefits

There's a lot of confusion regarding the benefits of SBI PP Black.
1. Utility bills/insurance etc - some people on reddit reported that only OTP based transactions are getting 10% and upi based transactions are getting 1%. ( Both have inconvenience fees which varies)
2. Redemption problem - many reported getting 4:1 conversion rate and minimum redeemable points are 2000 or 500. ( Not sure as saw multiple contradicting E-mail replies from sbi.
Some did get reply regarding redemption fee but as of now it's not charged. ( multiple sources)
3. Are all categories points are separate or combined?

People who are using this card, shed a light on this.

Also, does this card comes with separate limit or have to split?

How do I apply without getting rejected? I mean maximum chances of approval

2. AFAIK the points 1:1. Redemption fee 99+gst
3. Categories are separate. i.e., 20K utils , 40K ecoms and 1% upi are different categories where each have 2K earn limit.

The minimum redemption points is 500 as per my experience

Either one of insurance(bike/car) or electricity bill doesn't earn 10x reward points on phonepe itself using this card. But in benefits it is given as they will earn 10x reward. Can you confirm which doesn't?

Both insurance and utility earn 10%.
