SBI Prime Card joining voucher timeline after fee paymet

HI,
I am currently using the sbi prime credit card for 1 month. I have paid the joining fee but still haven't received the Coupon voucher. Can anyone help me how to get it?

even I have the got the card from SBI but my base membership has not been upgraded to silver on myCV ID ? what to do ? whom to mail ?

I have just received my Base Club Vistara Credit card today. I am hoping that I will receive my complimentary flight voucher by latest 15 days after the 2nd bill generation date. Maybe SBI waits for 2nd bill generation to ensure we have paid our 1st card bill before due date and no finance charges have been levied. Then sends the flight voucher within the next 15 days. But I am not sure. I will wait till my assumed deadline.

@mukundstud Yes vocuher will be sent 7-15days after payment of annual fees. Milestone voucher are recd within week of reaching threshold.
