Hello Community!

I am being offered SBI Prime rupay credit card as Ltf by the bank. Should I go for it?

I currently have Onecard, SBI SimplyClick and HDFC Freedom rupay (ltf). I plan to change my hdfc freedom to swiggy hdfc in near future and close my onecard.

Reading about the benefits of the card, nothing is intriguing me. What would you all suggest?

(Getting an ltf SBI card for sales is the only reason I want it)

The agent said that this offer is only CSP - Diamond account holders

I specifically insisted for mentioning LTF in written. The agent said that when you come to the branch with your documents, The first email you recieve will contain all the terms and conditions with life time free written then only you will be able to proceed.

Please ask when this email will reach you. Before card activation or after card activation. Before activation means okay to proceed (as you will get a chance to discard the card without activating). After activation means red flag.

to the best of my knowledge, Prime CC is FYF with CSP- diamond accounts.

The agent maybe trying to trick you hidden terms - "spend 3 lakhs and the card remains LTF"

take it works for sales. If possible ask 'Elite' (no harm in asking) if not stick to 'Prime' - no issues.
