Sbi Prime credit card to SBI Vistara Prime credit card

Is there any way where we can convert the SBI PRIME credit card to SBI Vistara Prime Card. Since they complimentary offers advertised as PRIME Privileges don't renew even paying renewal fees in PRIME card. Does anyone knew how to convert this one.

1. check sbi app for any upgrade offers/ call customer care
2. apply fresh card and after getting it close prime.
