SbI Vistara Prime Credit Card Rejection, Gives Wierd Reasons, What to do?

I applied for an SBI Vistara Prime card, After all KYC and stuff they declined it. I have credit cards with a 5 Lakh Credit limit from Axis, icic, hdfc. When asked for reason they said the rejection reason was purely a business decision. I don't have an SBI card but have an account with them. Is there any way to get this card?

Wait for 90 days then apply it through offline mode. You can't force a bank to issue credit card, nothing works with SBI.

My SBI aurum card application got rejected ( Reason: Over Leveraged)
I have SBI cashback card and several other credit cards, however, I have closed my HL by clearing outstanding. And overall the limit enhancements received post that are not equivalent to the loan amt closed, I don't understand how I am over-leveraged. The agent suggested closing some CC, however, please suggest, should I get the limits reduced for some cards instead? I can close the likes of RBL Icon, however keeping just in case of any online offers on sales etc.
