I complaint with the customer care team and today I got a call and this message.
I thought VDC was free but they told me that as you already had physical debit card so this VDC is replacement so that's why charges were deducted.
Please tell what future steps should I take now as I think something is wrong here.

I think the holi bhang hasn't worn off yet from the sbi CC team , Everyone here applied VDC while holding physical card also including me but never got charged for VDC .

how much spend is need for 2x milestone benefit?

Are you able to see any new card in your account. Because last year SBI upgraded my cousin card from Normal Rupay Debit to Platinum and charged Rs.354 same as you but he received the new card he didn't applied for. Closed that card and got the refund from branch.

Maybe you have been issued a new card without your knowledge. Just check the active cards you have. If no new with last 4 digits then email customer support and these days they reslove issue in 48-96 hrs max.

There is no new card only the one which I had and the VDC which I applied.
I complaint through customer care and then I got a call from them that these charges are not wrong and if you want clarification go to branch.

If you use 50K with VDC - you will get 500 normal pts + 500 Bonus pts - 1K Milestone benefit
Another 50K - 1000pts (Normal+Bonus pts) - 1K Milestone benefit
So, for 1Lakh spend we will get 2K Milestone.

But on Physical card we will achieve 1000 normal points and 1K Milestone.

So, with VDC its 2X Benefit.
