Yes, it was there.

Check your transactions from 1st October. For checking transactions, refer to the SBI rewardz website, they post them backdated.
@6ix9ine : I dint receive any response on my email query for missing points. I called the helpline today, and an executive asked me where all I spent using the DC... I said I spent on lifestyle related expenses on Unipay and Amazon (bluff), dont remember exact transactions. She said that Amazon Gift Card/wallet load and Unipay is not eligible for base and 5x rewards under the offer. I said but I've received the base points for some of the lifestyle related payments (trying to confuse her, and not mention that I paid CC bills).
She said she's not finding Amazon transactions..... She then said me to tell the exact transaction, so that she can check and confirm. I told her I'll note them down and call back again (as I dint wanted to disclose that all the payments were made on CC bills and expose the loophole).

I have made payment only on Unipay (>1 Lakh) using vdc. Was this offer applicable on virtual DC?
What to do now...suggestions?

Was it done on Unipay website or through YONO App?

Only 2/3 people here reported on not receiving points although their txns were on paytm/maobikwik/airtel etc. You are first one to report you didn't got RPs for Unipay txn. That' svery strange. With SBI you can expect pts anytime in future. Can take a year too os what I have seen.

Bro, I think you are also exposing Unipay for 5x feature eligibility (though it was about past campaign). It was not needed.

You should have simply provided the transaction amount and date. Other things are not essential. Cashback eligibility is based on the MCC code, not on what they tell you about it.

I guarantee that no one on the customer care team knows the MCC code of all the places we transact. Otherwise, the bank would have mentioned the merchant name and MCC code in their T&C.

I request you and all others who are too innocent are trying to be smart. Its better to act dumb in some cases.
-----
Now coming to your case in particular,
1. You must have got eligible points, or you will get them for sure in the future (for unipay txn) (based on MCC only).
2. If you have done it elsewhere, like in Airtel thanks app (my assumption), you won't get it for sure.

Check again all transactions, and if possible, post some pics/screenshots to scrutinise your transactions between those dates. You will get a better response from legends like @desiviru and his team.

@desiviru It was done on the Unipay website, through virtual DC directly. I have got the 1x base points and the 1x bonnus for virtual DC.....but haven't got the Carnival bonus of 5X.
I'm not sure if carnival bonus was applicable for VDC tranasctions or not. All the txns were done on VDC only.

@2025 Dont worry bro.... like I mentioned in the message - I did not emphasize her on telling me why the points weren't credited. I also added Amazon just to make it bit confusing.
On her asking where all I spent - I mentioned lifestyle related on amazon and unipay as she was able to see the transactions in the points history (she wasnt able to see Amazon ones). So, instead of asking her specific questions related to MCC 4900 under Lifestyle or so (which I already know).....I simply disconnected the conversation mentioning that I'll note down all the transactions and then call back.

So, relax, I'm careful - and I dont know if "calling up customer care to check on the missing points" is termed as Smart, oversmart or dumb, but I definitely know (specially after seeing all the devaluations and the way they were exposed) that shouting about a loophole is not the solution to anything.

Hope this clarifies! And also attached the SS of my mail for the peace of all!

Also, thanks for the answer to the questions - I'll now wait for the bonus points to get credited. And all the txns were done on Unipay directly only, so ideally should have qualified. Lets see!

If you can pls share your october month screenshot of sbi rewardz website pts credit txn in DM for me to analyze. But only if you can. No pressure on you to share. Hide personal info.

Aslo I hope you are checking the right account attached with that VDC and also hope you didn't closed that VDC after txns. Although closing don't effect anything but who knows what system can or can't do.

Guys I need to pay cc bills around 1.1L and this month is birthday month. My doubt is should I go with phonepe or uni pay for payments using vdc.
Phonepe: 2x (vdc) + birthday bonus + 1L milestone
Uni pay: 2x vdc + birthday bonus+ 1L milestone+ campaign offer

I am sure about phonepe but for unipay doubtful can anybody confirm which to use. Please correct if I'm wrong anywhere in my understanding. Thanks.

Unipay is not allowing me to enter a less amount than the total. Is it happening with others also?? trying to pay Axis bill.
Its clearing the amount field and throws error "Please enter amount Exact or less than actual bill amount"

Same problem from morning...i try to pay my axis cc bill...it's not allowing lesser amount

I have received 15892 points in this month where 5996 is per lakh spendz. I am expecting more 3k-4k points for per lakh spendz. It will sums up to 20k points if I receive the per lakh spendz. My birthday bonus, base points and vdc bonus has nearly touched 10k points. It is confirmed per lakh spends points is not countable in monthly cap
