If it is HSBC better pay in 2-3 days early as they don't settle instantly.

When I issued my virtual debit card on 16th March it got issued but today when I checked my statement there has been some charges deducted for that.
I saw on their website that VDC is free but they have charged some replacement fee.
Is this correct if anyone can help it will be really helpful.

But I haven't applied any not it is near expiry.
My physical card will expire in 2030.
Debit card annual fees.
But sir, the statement narration in the image that he uploaded showing as ATM card replacement fee and not annual fee. Something is not right.

Yes and also the debit card amc is ₹236.
I didn't ordered any replacement card also.

No. Update your PAN. No other way. You can update PAN via YONO/NB.

Physical DC can be issued due to rules setup by RBI which make banks not to deny it while a digital card needs account to have PAN because of different framing of rules. Even eCards facility which is a one time use Virtual cards needs PAN in Cust ID.
Here many people aren't able to generate even after having PAN due to one or other issue with SBI i.e Stop Bothering Instructions.
