Guys if you are getting the error "Please enter amount Exact or less than actual bill amount" in Unipay you can use this workaround.

Step 1 : Open the developers tools in chrome(or your preferred browser).
Step 2 : Use inspect tool to select the net payable amount box.
Step 3 : Replace the 0.00 value with the value that you want to pay.
Step 4: Now enter the same value in the net payable amount it wont throw any error now.

Note : Donot enter value greater than the total due bill, the money will be deducted but the txn will fail. ALways enter a legitimate value.

The new or I should say the old Bachat Boss days offer is back and will work with 5311 only. Unfortunately we don't have any site that supports this MCC.

So let go this offer or wait for a genius to find a trustable TPA that has 5311.

Guys what is the best method to pay bill today, unipay txn has failed 4 times, hdfc biller is not yet set, idk what to do, i only have sbi visa vdc and hdfc plat card

Did a cc bill payment through SBI unipay portal on 31 mar and it got failed but money got debited so anybody know what's tha TAT for the refund ? Or I will have to mail somewhere?

bbps.ops@npci.org.in mail transaction details along with bharat connect transaction id and ask for refund, they will process refund from their side. Refund credit may take upto 7 to 14 days.

When you guys make a UPI payment to someone and it fails, do you immediately call or email customer care to request a refund? If the answer is YES, then aap logo ko 100 topo ki salami 🫡🙏🏻

When upi transaction fails we get notified regarding it about the TAT and get refunded within the TAT but in SBI unipay I didn't get any such remarks about TAT and it's already been 2 days so what's the harm mailing them. Because nothing gets fixed by throwing sarcasm.

Unipay can take 7-15 working days. I repeat, these are working days. So, it's been only 1 day for you. Even a simple stupid UPI transaction takes T+5 days.

This isn't sarcasm, this is about common sense. If you're still thinking of emailing them, good luck. They don't have any humans to reply to emails anyways, but at least your soul will be satisfied.

You can try as much as emailing PNO, NPCI, bharatpay but in the end, you will likely just get an automated refund.
