Not exactly bothered for points for individual transaction rather I want to know are these transactions eligible for milestone spend or not?

My vdc is generated but it is not working as soon as i enter otp whether it is sbi unipay or canara setu or amazon it is failing. I am not sure what exactly is the issue.
Milestone are credited only for those txns whose normal and bonus pts are given. No points credit = no consideration for milestone.
What is exact error you get after entering otp? I mean do it proceed and tells status as Transaction failed or what?
It just says transaction failed and nothing more, my sbi NetBanking has 2 account associated with it and 1 account is showing kyc pending, so i guess it is because of that, when i try to update kyc it says some information missing please contact bank, so let me update kyc and check.
Yes, KYC is cust ID based. So you won't be able to do txn. You can login to IB and do your KYC from there if it is not a joint account. Else go to branch and complete it.

@desiviru can you please clarify whether 1L(DC)/50k(VDC) milestone rewards of 1000pts are part/not part of the monthly 10k reward points limit? i.e. say I use VDC for 50k for 10 times in a month, it will be 10k points and for 50k milestone, it will be another 10k points, so would I get 20k points in total?
It is a cumulative (total) limit. Even includes other offers.

oh ok ok, so in this case (VDC), the max bill amount will be 2.5L, which will give 5k points for VDC and 5k for the milestone and any amount above 2.5L will not fetch any points for the month as points have reached 10k limit, correct?

Visit nearest branch and ask them to change your account varient to "Regular Savings Account" . It will work then

Hmm. Mine is diamond account (for gov employees) may be that's why. Will ask branch next week. Hopefully they know what to do. Btw anyone knows if i convert to wealth account will be eligible for VDC. Anyone with wealth account got VDC ?

Mine is cgsp platinum and I am also unable to generate vdc as the same error is coming... Let me know what branch ppl tell
