I added ₹50,000 in my kotak 811 account using my SBI VDC on 12 April but I haven't received any reward points for it till now.
Earlier they used to credit the points 2 days after the transaction.
I did the same transaction on 8 April for which I received 500(Base)+500(Bonus) points on 10 April.
Can anyone help?

Aise impatient banoge aur kuchbhi post karne lagoge bina kuch soche samjhe toh aagle mahine se kuch v nehi milega. Sath mein mila hua points v minus ho jayega. Khud ka toh katwaoge-hi sath mein baki o ka v.

normally in 2-3 working days point get credited...as 12-14 are holidays.. u will get them in 2-3days from today.
