Seems he had applied for same network card even while generating virtual one and somehow SBI alloted the same card as in virtual form, if it's true.

Rupay toh kab aayega pata nahi pilot hi phase pe hai kisi bank ke sath nahi aaya general public ke liye bas ek demo tha 🤣
