Bro I went branch within my mom,
I said I want to apply narishakti rupay platinum rupay debit card.
They were like rupay platinum debit card comes with 1 lakh amb and not everyone gets.

They were saying rupay platinum debit card comes with high account variant and you need amb 100k. I said I know this is another rupay platinum which is
only for women.
They are not ready to listen my word.
But that branch is useless and all branch people rude, and not ready to listen. Only saying their words. I said this card launch recently and new product but they're not ready to listen.
Even I showed them tweet of sbi on twitter,
I even said the product code but still denying.
They were saying humse jyada jaante ho?
And said visit tomorrow will check.

That's. That's the exact reason I am hesitant to visit @kuchbhi They outrightly rejects ur request like Rupay Platinum is something very very exclusive and aren't issued to everyone.

I have complaint multiple times on that branch and only after that they listen to me.

bhai complain shoot karo
aisi lodge karo ki direct branch tak pahuche BM tak
lodge to nodal something and cust care too
then when you receive unsatisfactory response (ofc you will)

take its ss and make RBIO complaint

fill the complaint with the rude nature and their dialogues and how thye denied issuing card

fir jab BM ki vaat lage then say jaan liya tumse jyada

Bro, I will definitely.
They said visit tomorrow, I will visit once if they applies dc then good otherwise will complain.
They were talking each other and was saying that yeh social media and twitter ne barbaad kr rakha hai sabko. (Because I showed them sbi tweet from twitter about narishakti dc). 🤣

Check ur passbook or e-mail statement and Branch ko hi email likh do with cc as gm and agm.

My mother account already have one visa debit card and in yono app not allowing for another physical card. My concern is if I apply from branch will I get the card or not ?

Don't know exact variant but it's normal savings account.
It's for only woman Customers.
Applied from my mother acc.
