SBI RuPay UPI not working after conversion from VISA network.

I have converted my SBI PRIME VISA card network to RuPay card in October 2024, till today I raised multiple complaints on customer service head but they are not able to resolve the issue. Last week I raised the complaint to RBI OMBUDSMAN, I want a good compensation from SBI, how to proceed?

Yes I did all those things, the card was ready to scan QR code and make payments as my other RuPay cards
