I too received without PIN on April 16th. It is alphanumeric and got it 2-3 days after completing milestone. Even the bill wasn't generated yet after achieving milestone, only transactions were settled. Bill was generated on May 5th which is my billing date.

You can't sell it on zingoy without pin.

The issue with this voucher is, If you use this voucher you cant use other codes, Without this code we can quickly get around 1000 off. Basically this voucher is worth 1k only now.
