SBI Unipay: Credit Card Bill Payments Failed - Customers Struggle with Refunds

I had done a test txn of Rs.100 via kotak rupay cc but I am raising dispute via Kotak , they want bank confirmation via email that they haven't received the amount but SBI on the other hand, is denying that any such transaction happened. Though I havent tried all the email ids listed here, but the actual question is which transaction id is the actual transaction Id? Really confused what banks want to resolve this.

Also, it will be really helpful if someone who has received the refunds can actually attach what they are writing to the email ids as mentioned in the thread. The sensitive details can be masked.

do one thing, go to this address https://customer.sbiunipay.sbi/CustomerPortal/agCustomerSupport
put your mobile no (the no used during cc bill pay) generate OTP and see the detailed transaction done using the mobile no. If there is no info available then u need below details and mail them.

1. Last 4 digit of cc
2. Mode of payment (UPI)
3. The app u used for this transaction - go to the history and get the UPI ID from there, send the UPI ID along with point no 1 & 2

dont give any additional info like I did transaction using cc via upi etc..
 
I haven't got refund till now of 28 March
I have mailed all the id mentioned in this thread but nothing has done only
Only bbps replied on 14 April but no refund till now

Dear Team,

We have rectified the issue and if debit has been done, refund will be initiated.
 
Had a weird experience. Paid hdfc millennia bill using tata neu rupay cc upi on sbi unipay. The payment is settled and reflecting in millennia as unbilled credit but the txn amount is reversed for neu rupay. Unipay portal also shows successful txn.
I had a similar experience where transaction was successful and amount credited and then refunded back to source, can you please inform what happened later on in your case?
 
so i paid 100 via hdfc dc received SMS from sbi and email regarding successfully payment so waiting for the payment to be reflected if in under 1 hr or less then i pay off rest of the remaining amount.
Okay, paid for which cc? Bbps or non-bbps? Non-bbps takes time.
