SBI Unipay - Payable amount field issue

Hi folks,
From yesterday, I'm seeing a error message on "Net payable Amount" field in Unipay portal while trying to pay CC bill.
It's throwing 'please enter amount Exact or less than actual bill amount' or 'Please enter valid amount' even though I had entered the correct amount. Anyone else facing the same issue?

If I use freecharge will it fetch rewards

If any cashback or amount reversal happend after bill generation, reduce that amount and try to enter that. Faced same issue few months back and found this solution here on forum.

I have tried entering 100 Rupees, even that isn’t allowed

It will accept only as above calculated amount. This is same as my situation for SBI cc.

It happened with me on Friday since morning to evening, tried 4-5 times on different browsers and on different devices, so on Saturday tried with phonePe and my sbi account is locked completely, now struggling to restore

Happened to me also when I tried to pay Axis Bank bills. Tried multiple times with no success. But when tried for SBI cards and ICICI, there was no issue and payment could be done.

It seems the issue is only for few banks or for Axis Bank in particular. Finally paid the axis CC bill through Paytm via rupay DC.

I have sbi virtual DC, is there any other portal which I can use apart from unipay to pay the bill and get reward points?

I have sbi virtual DC, is there any other portal which I can use apart from unipay to pay the bill and get reward points?

For SBI virtual DC Rupay you can use paytm without any extra charges and you should get rewards too..

I think some banks and/or SBI Unipay are slowly moving towards exact bill amounts (or amounts between the minimum and total bill amount) and no partial payment. We have to wait for more updates on this. Use other options for immediate relief.

Unipay is not allowing to pay full bill amount also
Forgot about partial
So I have using freecharge
