Sbi unipay payment failed how to recover back

I have had failed transactions and amount refunded in 3-4 days. Since its diwali holidays, my refund for 2 failed transactions of 38k each (total 76k) is pending as well. (transaction date -24th October)

I have emailed them so lets see. I hope its done sometime soon.

Is there any issue in canara setu .. can't fetch the bill for any cards...are u guys facing the same?

Based on other messages that I had read on the site, you need to wait for up to 5 working days for the auto refund, hence wait till this Friday.

Hey Did you recieve your money back? I also faced same issue, my money got debited and transaction failed in SBI Unipay.
Apart from this mail - support.unipay@sbi.co.in, Is there any other way to communicate with them?

They don't respond, wait for 3-5 working days. You will get automatic refund.

4-5 days is noirmal and I got it back on 5th day but I was kinda sure it will be delayed due to diwali holidays

Hlo guys i do a transaction on sbi unipay for credit card bill payment with hdfc platinum debit card but the payment is get failed and the amount is deducted from my account and didn't not receive back till now so what is the process to recover my amount i need urgently my payment bcoz my credit card bill is due

Within max 7 days money will be refunded.

I got transaction failed, amount deducted, cc account not got amount, hdfc says contact merchant, how to contact SBI unipay ? It's been 5 working days not received my amount

I had similar issue with failed payment on Canara Setu portal and maling them helped.

I did CC Bill payment through HDFC Debit Card , amount deducted but payment failed on 07/11/24.
Received refund/reversal on 09/12/24 i.e 32 days.
I made a complaint on both CPGRAMS and RBI BO.
Received refund on the day HDFC acknowledged the complaint.

Rare case. With me it always come in 3-5 days excl. bank holidays no matter which bank card was used. Goof that you finally have it back.

This instance made me part ways with SBI Unipay , too much effort for measly cashbacks in case of failed transactions.

I have put all my cards on AutoDebit now !
Not going for any hassles now.
