Not every bank allows payments higher than the statement amount, it's not an issue with the portal. I don't understand why people keep blaming the portal when it's the bank's fault.

Axis allows over payment. I did it frequently when HDFC DC spend based offer was there. They never reduce the die amount after payment. So can't understand why it failed for you. Maybe they changed it as I don't have axis bill since Jan.

For paytm they charge convenience fee when we use dc

Axis allows over payment. I did it frequently when HDFC DC spend based offer was there. They never reduce the die amount after payment. So can't understand why it failed for you. Maybe they changed it as I don't have axis bill since Jan.

Is Freecharge gateway eligible for SBI RPs and campaigns? I will pay directly through Axis app if eligible.

You need to have confirmed MCC of that. If it is not wallet i.e 6540 then you will get RPs.

There's a bug on their website, but you can bypass it by making the payment using a computer or laptop instead of a mobile device.

Steps to Work Around the Issue:​

1. Go to the Payment Details page.
2. Locate the text box where you need to input the amount.
3. Right-click on the text box and select "Inspect" (this will open the browser's Developer Tools).
4. In the Developer Tools panel, search for netPayableAmtActual.
5. You'll notice that the value is initially set to zero (0.00).
6. Manually change the value to your desired amount in the HTML code as in Screenshot.
7. Put the amount in the Net Payable Amount Box.
8. Proceed with the payment as usual.

Once updated, the website should allow you to pay the amount as per your convenience. I've attached screenshots below for reference! 😊

Server-side checks, probably on accepting bank's end.

Other than what people have mentioned above, SBI Card allows only upto total outstanding (billed+unbilled) amount payment on UniPay in my experience.

I think the workaround is fixed now. code changed, and nothing happens when you put the amount in value code.

Tomorrow or Apr 2 everything is moving to 6012. 6+0=12 bajenge DC for CC ke. Uske baad kisi ko koi problem nahi aayegi. Naa rahenga baans, naa sakega koi khaans, bas hoga toh Punjabi songs pe dance.
