SBI Unipay - Payable amount field issue

Hi folks,
From yesterday, I'm seeing a error message on "Net payable Amount" field in Unipay portal while trying to pay CC bill.
It's throwing 'please enter amount Exact or less than actual bill amount' or 'Please enter valid amount' even though I had entered the correct amount.
Anyone else facing the same issue?

I faced the same. But being developer dig in the inspect element and added amount in hidden field just below the textbox.
Voila.

For SBI virtual DC Rupay you can use paytm without any extra charges and you should get rewards too..
Is it specific to the Rupay variant? I have the sbi virtual Mastercard DC variant, but Paytm is showing around 1.18% charge for the cc bill payment.

There's a bug on their website, but you can bypass it by making the payment using a computer or laptop instead of a mobile device.

Steps to Work Around the Issue:

  1. Go to the Payment Details page.
  2. Locate the text box where you need to input the amount.
  3. Right-click on the text box and select "Inspect" (this will open the browser's Developer Tools).
  4. In the Developer Tools panel, search for netPayableAmtActual.
  5. You'll notice that the value is initially set to zero (0.00).
  6. Manually change the value to your desired amount in the HTML code as in Screenshot.
  7. Put the amount in the Net Payable Amount Box.
  8. Proceed with the payment as usual.

Once updated, the website should allow you to pay the amount as per your convenience. I've attached screenshots below for reference! 😊

worked for me. Thanks.

Yes apply for sbi virtual rupay debit card and pay your bills and live happily with reward+no conv fees.
Then, I made a mistake by choosing the Mastercard variant. Now, SBI is not allowing me to have one more virtual debit card. May be I have to close this one and apply again.

You can close your virtual card after 14 day of creating it and make a new virtual card . Be careful u can create only 2 time in a year.
