SBI Unipay payment successfull but not credited to CC

Hi all, good morning. Today I paid 2 bills one for my hdfc infinia for around 4000 and Tata Neu of around 17000. I got sms from hdfc immediately for the 4000 payment but not for the 17000. Ironically sbi Unipay site shows failed in transaction history for the 4000 payment but successful for the 17000 payment. Problem is that the Tata Neu is due today. I’m just worried and thinking whether to pay again or wait for this. Pls guide. Anyone had such experience before?

Took over 45 days to get the money back after multiple followups with their support.

ya. could see a lot of such posts in the forum. can you pls elaborate how you followed up with them, i could see people saying wrong email in the website and them not picking up phone etc.

and do we need to actually follow up or they give auto refund?!

Debit card option has been removed from JioFin, but yes we do used to get points if someone used HDFC platinum.

You will get auto-refund within 5-7 working days. For now, you can pay it directly to avoid late fees.

did the same- paid directly. . right now we have unipay and billpe as the only choices for getting cashback na? or do we have any other?

There are others, but works the same way as unipay. Not every reliable, no customer support. Btw, you will get reward points for your failed transaction as well, HFC doesn't reverse it.

Same happened with me on 2nd Nov is paid axis cc bill but still not received on axis end. How many days it can take to reflect successful transaction? What can i do?

There's some problem with Axis cards. Payment is not getting credited on same day

Update on this guys: that 15000 got credited (the one from Unipay also). So now i have -15000 as my next bill 😀

There's some problem with Axis cards. Payment is not getting credited on same day

The problem might be at axis end. Paid 30k via Unipay payment successful but not reflecting from axis's end.
Paid 500 via Airtel thanks same thing, Payment successful but not received at axis.

2 months ago i shared BBPS payment is now not instant but your bill payment date will update to the bank. No need to pay late fees, just wait upto 3 days.

Note - just make sure your bill payment is success from 3rd party apps/website.

If my understanding is correct. SBI-UNIPAY might have received "Deemed Success" that's why it has shown Payment Successful.
But since it's not completely successful the bill isn't settled.

Yes and some banks automatically reversed the card fees and GST once they received the payment.

For example, today is your last day for your cc bill payment.

You paid today, transaction status - "Deemed Success"

Next day bank will charge you card fees and GST

After 3 days, once your payment settled, banks automatically reversed the card fees and GST.

By the way 3rd party apps needs to update their system to show "Deemed Success" instead of "Success".

My due date is in the next 2 days. will this get credited in axis account? or gets refunded back.
I don't mind paying another 30. what I don't want is this 30k getting stuck in axis card and me having to use that.

Yesterday, one person paid to axis CC and today bill payment amount credited.
