yes it's working. Use mobile data and wait patiently to load the pages.
if you get otp with 5 minutes timer then refresh the page and try to login again.
Let it load, you can use other platforms as well.
Not sure why everyone is behind unipay.
Comfort of using 1 platform every month.

True that. On Saturday, 3rd May 2025, my transaction got failed at their payment gateway itself - which happens to be their own (SBI ePay Lite - merchant.onlinesbi.sbi). I got the error "The requested URL was rejected. Please consult with your administrator," and the transaction doesn't even appear in Unipay's history. The money was debited from my bank, so I'm awaiting for the refund to process.
Instead, I used PhonePe to pay the credit card bill using my SBI Virtual RuPay debit card since they don't deduct any additional fees, and the card gets rewards too. However, for some reasons, PhonePe doesn't have the option to manually refresh the bill from Bharat Connect's servers, which is a huge bummer if you've paid a partial bill elsewhere.

I did a transaction on Unipay, it showed as successful. However, the card is not credited and I cant see the transaction in Transaction History on Unipay.
Should I wait or reach out to SBI Unipay? How long will it take for them to refund?

Where did it show as successful? In the payment gateway itself or in the SBI Unipay portal after the payment was completed?

After the payment was completed, on unipay
SBI Unipay transactions are failing in the last week. I have done 3 transactions, all 3 failed (money debited from bank account but failed at unipay) and waiting for refund now.
Is SBI Unipay portal working or are HDFC Credit card payments through SBI card happening ? For me since last 10 days they have been failing on Unipay and for me it was happening smoothly in November no issues, Infact i have tried all other platforms to do this combo of payment, not happening, The transaction immediately fails on punching in OTP and no money debited. Checked on SBI bank side, no issue with balance/Ecommerce transaction restriction or even a call for suspicious transaction Are others facing the same issue?
