Bro, this includes failed txn also. I have paid 15L with Unipay but many atimes due to downtime failed txns cumulatively showing 2.9Mn instead of 1.5Mn. Sometimes I paid only 5000 but failed txn shown whole amount of bill due like 1.3L and it kept adding.

I was able to pay using my HDFC card after selecting SBI DC as payment method and then filling HDFC Debit card details on the page.
@Lalsingh22 Mark this as solution for others to refer.

For me, it didn't work. straight away it said transaction failure

Canara Setu do have DC option but with an MCC that does not give any reward with Platinum DC.

This could be temporary. SBI Unipay has removed the debit card option in the past as well, around June/July 2024, and later reintroduced it.
However, over time, payment gateways may start removing the debit card option for credit card bill payments.

I hope it's the case. I took HDFC millenium cc just for 400 / months Cashback. And it's gone just after getting 590 charged for joining fees
