Which one of this is a better card? I currently hold SBI Prime Vistara and first year renewal fee has been charged!! Should i continue or move to IDFC First Vistara card? Does IDFC Vistara give CV points for NPS & Govt payment ?

Vistara as company will get merged in Air India so justttttttttttt keep holding if u charged

You are absolutely correct
The new Indian Oil premium conversion ratio is a pathetic 2:1 meaning 1 point of Indian Oil gets only half point of the hotel/ airline partner.

but she has mentioned it boldly as 1:2 making the points 4 times their actual worth!

You will not get any CV points for 100 rupee spend. Min value required is 200 and multiples of 200
