Sbi vistara yatra gift voucher value is almost zero

So guys i just completed the milestone of sbi vistara prime spending 8 lakhs in a month and got the ytara voucher worth 10000 rs but it is only valid for 1 month .How is a person suppose to use this voucher in a month.I have had the worst experience with sbi credit cards .There customer care sucks and have frequent call drops .Not only this booking a flight via vistara vouchers you get is difficult ,you can only fly on a random day when seats are available but they are mainly booked.

The rewards on this card is great but they are very hard to redeem has anyone been able to use the yatra voucher ?if we redeem it does it extend validity or is it true that it is only valid for a month?

If it is a yatra voucher which comes with a validity I don't think you can pay and extend it unlike vistara vouchers where you can pay and extend it.
I had a smooth experience will redeeming yatra vouchers which I received on my inðusind pinnacle upgrade.
Only downside was I couldn't use any card offers with voucher

Why do you want to go up to 800,000? After 450,000 the reward rate goes down drastically.

I already spent this amount as i had some spends and could have use the yatra voucher and an extra ticket but didn't know validity is only a month

Few months back I purchased a Yatra voucher from gyftr. It came with 3 months validity. While applying it in payment page it seemed other coupon codes can not be used with voucher. As I was booking a hotel for 5 days at the last moment, I was in hurry and did a single transaction by CC and got much better deal. Later I realized that I should have done 2 transactions (by booking 1 day stay with the voucher and the rest 4 days using CC). Then just before its expiry I used the voucher to book a random hotel that would give 0% cancellation charges till few days of actual stay. I am hoping after cancellation the amount would be refunded as some form of yatra cash (though not sure of it) which I can use.

This is actually a great idea but i can't use it i will book well in advance and just travel as i also have flight vouchers of vistara.

Yatra voucher with sbi vistara is a complete waste, just to use the voucher you have to forgo the coupon codes of around 4-5K, which is absurd

True i sold it to a friend for 4000 rs and after reading your post i feel and hope i have not scammed him considering that i found same hotels could be booked for cheaper elsewhere.Will call and ask was the stay worth it if feel he overpaid will give him a partial refund.

How many days after the Milestone completion you got the voucher ? I have received the vistara ticket but no sign of yatra voucher yet!

I don't think it's true. Reading the official terms and conditions file, it clearly says 6 months of validity on Yatra EGV.

I also think you need to check. I received a 5k voucher against SBI Vistara card and the validity is 6months from the day of receipt of voucher.

It's the same with Axis Vistara Signature, award seats are hard to find ,you've to book in advance to get your preferred dates
