Sbicard credit limit increase issue

Hello in sbicard mobile application i can see limit increase option under benefits section limit of Rs.501000 for my sbicard Tata neu card and immediately I choosen 501000 for my card but after that showing error as declined due to internal policy like that let me know is this not a pre-approved limit increase offer?

No it's not a pre approved. You can request for LE using this option. If there's any pre-approved offer, it's getting approved automatically after your request. In your case u didn't have any pre-approved LE offer.
