Is it possible to take SC Bank credit card and Amex credit card on card to card basis?

Standard Chartered takes C2C, you need to be employed person, for business owners, you need to have their acc, like for SC Ultimate you need to have their 30L NRV Priority acc.
AMEX is income doc only card, you can't get it C2C.
