Regarding that "2500% reward points".
He told me that I will get cumulative of 2500% discount from various sources (for eg. 50% discount on 50 swiggy orders) which sounds kind of absurd.

I am 99% sure that these offers are fake just wanted a confirmation from someone else.
He is offering the card as LTF so even if these offers are unreal I might take this card just for adding to my collection

Most likely a scam the font used also is not the one standard chartered uses.

Yes probably a scam for getting contact data. I told him a random non-serviceable pincode as my current and permanent address, but he assured me that card he will enter any random address without any proof and he will still get the card approved and delivered to my address

Re-read the text of image carefully.
Some mistakes identified which clearly show that this is a scam:
"Reword Points" Reword ??
"0% Fuel Surcharge weirer" 0% ??
"Groferes" Grofers? Blinkit??

No I did not proceed but a colleague of mine went ahead and applied. He got the card approved but as expected none of these offers were real. He closed the card within 2 months
