My SC Ultimate card is blocked due to suspicious transaction. I have called the customer care around 7 times and they say the card will get unblocked in 4 hrs but that never happens. Anyone know how or whom I can reach out to?
The issue which i was later informed was that i had used more than 90% of credit limit in the 1st month due to which the card was blocked. After paying the statement amount the issue is no longer present.

Happens if a new SCB card used upto 90% in 1st month or its used in 1st month for gold purchase.
Once paid 1st bill in full even before generation it will be normal usage then
