Fastrak FX4 smartwatch on rewards website is for 7995 rs while Fastrak is selling it for 5499 Rs.
Bose QC ultra earbuds on rewards website is for 25900Rs while Bose is selling it for 18890 Rs.
This holds true for all items.
So, Standard Chartered is offering reward items for higher price than even the brand websites
Just sent them an email saying how it is unfair.

This is same for all banks not only SC. Product purchases never give value, hence people opt for vouchers.

At this point, it is pretty clear they are not interested in card business anymore. they devalued the card in 2023, and since then everything else has gone downhill and will remain so. My renewal is due in 2 months and I am cancelling it. Dont even want it as an LTF card too.

True, seems like they won't be introducing any new benefits, accelerated rewards or anything of value.
redeemed my 10k points for ITC last month and closed the card.

the standard chartered rewards portal is completely empty.
the voucher section which used to have 70-80 vouchers now has only 38.
the elctronics section is down to 4.
Home and family only has 1
lifestyle section only has 1
Let's hope Standard Chartered revamps the portal for once with better valued gifts and vouchers.

US Polo is not worth.
Store offers, discount will not be applicable. US Polo coupon is applicable only on MRP of product. Same product is already available 40-50% discount in store.
Go for Van Heusen, Peter England vouchers.
