How much discounting would you apply for each of these 60 brand vouchers?

The returns depend on the discounting and 117 redemption fee

understood, even though post has 60 voucher options for me only 1 visible i.e., ITC remaining 59 there or not there no use for me 🙂

So, if you mention they removed remaining 58, not much affect.

My suggestion: Pick like those marshal products from catelogue and stop further spending. atleast we get a product at home with value around 0.50p.

Silver lining: we thought 59 of them not useful but some one found that Starbucks and its gone now, so even in this 58 someone will find their gold in them.

You can get Vero Moda on Myntra / Ajio / Tata Cliq at significant discounts along with card discounts. Why go to offline shop and pay full price?

Its just preference. For many an in-person shopping experience trumps the virtual buying; plus the latest collections arrive in store before being discounted online (something I haven't been able to wrap my head around but know better than arguing against wife's logic).

I've raised card closure request on 8th March, 11 march was the annual fee date. I got charged 5000 today and then got a retention call. They confirm reversal of fees and told me that this year some new SC cards are coming out and I can upgrade or downgrade my ultimate. Not sure how much it is true. But I'm ok to keep this card one more year without fee.

Last year when I tried to close the card, the retention team promised to refund the fees and the rewards catalog is being improved.

However both of the these promises came as false. They charged fees and when I argued, for ultimate card fee waiver or reversal is not possible and only reward points will be given.

I will be closing this year and will not fall for their trap.

They reverse the fees. Instead of asking for fee reversal directly, tell them that you want to close the card as fees is high.... they take the closure request. Retention team then calls after a day or two and waives the fees off.
