It has issued core card Eterna/Snapdeal at 3lac limit !! Not sure about co-branded ones.

If I acquire Scpia now, will I be able to apply core Federal card in future? Or is it like HDFC where if you have a cobranded card first then it's hard to get a core card as a second card?

I was able to apply for scapia first, then apply for core card in federal bank website after 3 months.

Yes, Federal has relaxed their card issuance process nowadays & easy to hold multiple card with Federal (Scapia + Core).

So, Celesta with a more than 3L limit is bad or good? I got the Celesta with a limit of almost 6.5 lakhs, but they denied my application request.

if your existing card limit enough according to bank, then they not issue scapia because Both cards issued with different limits not merged(Commonly used by top card issue's)..
