Scapia: What counts towards monthly 10000 spend milestone?

Hi folks,

Making this post to double check if all spends, even wallet topups, are considered towards scapia's monthly 10000 milestone? Their t&c doesn't mention any exceptions from what I found.

I travel a lot so I can benefit pretty well with the rs 1000 free shopping offer, but want to confirm this before getting the card.
