SCB Ultimate card Devaluation message

Hi All,
Received below message from SCB on Ultimate card and will be effective from 2nd April, 2023.

1. Transactions on Utilities, Supermarket, Insurance, Property Management, School & Government payment will earn 3 reward points on every INR 150 spent.
2. No reward points will be earned on fuel spent though 1% fuel surcharge waiver will be available with INR 1000 capping per month.
3. Rent payment will incur 1% processing fee + tax.

in summary, it's big devaluation on SCB Ultimate.
