I'm considering investing in a fixed deposit with North East Small Finance Bank and would appreciate any insights or reviews from those with experience with their services.How is the customer service

You can open in any SFB provided the amount of investment is upto 5L as the same is covered by RBI whenever any financial institution fails

I have. Absolutely safe. [And insured under DICGC, in any case.]

Though I stay in the East and Northeast, so there are many NESFB branches here. Outside of these areas, they hardly have any branches, and their Net-orientation is certainly NOT their strong point.

However, as regards safety, it is as safe as any out there.
