Last time I tried, housing also asked for a utility bill/address proof document for the address that was mentioned in the rental agreement!

Also do we need to give pan card of owner in RG and housing.com

In rg for sure you need pan, not sure in housing.

Housing also asks for PAN but it will not validate like RG.
