Serviceable city list is already there on Amex website
If your address proof is from that city reach out to amex cc and check for your pincode servicability bcoz thats there internal doc. Less likely anyone other than amex representative will be able to provide you any confirmation

I guess no, but if it is registered rent agreement use it to change your addhar address and then use new addhar for the application

So .. first have to change the address .with legal aggreement (stamp paper) . Then
Apply It .
Is there guarantee of c2c approval from amex ?

In Telangana, only Hyderabad has been available for the past few years. Other cities have not yet been offered. Can you please tell me how many more years I will have to wait?
Sorry.. I too don’t know.. I don’t work for Amex .. I am just like one of you..
Based on the cities they are covering in AP like Chittoor , Guntur etc.. I think cities like warangal, Karim nagar , Khammam , Nizamabad etc should be covered soon may be in a year or two based on how aggressive their expansion plans are..
I start to think they are becoming aggressive lately

Atleast some cities are covered. In my state Bihar, not even the capital city Patna has amex service
I actually lost the link, I got it while casually browsing and now I forgot where I got this..luckily I saved the screenshot to send it to someone. When I find it again I will post here..
Anyway do you need any help in particular?
It worked for mine as a proof of address. But along with resident agreement, I also gave utility bill payment (I gave electricity which was on the name of Landlord).
