No one can beat amex in reward system. They are just awesome. Hope every other bank could be like that..!!For bonus points they might be more reliable than for regular spends.
Sometimes it takes 3-5 days for regular points. Other times it takes a month or more.
Currently I'm missing points from exactly one month and counting for regular spends.
Funny thing, I did an Amazon return and got refunded to my Axis card, that transaction was earlier this week and shows up as -25 points already but before that there's a gap of 29 days when I'm using it daily. So they're quick to deduct points.
Raised a ticket specifically mentioning that I stopped receiving points for the last 30 days for regular spends, NOT for bonus points. I even mentioned I know their conditions of 60-90-120 days to credit bonus points and that I'm only talking about regular points.
I received this email two days later:

Needless to say I escalated and copied the Nodal officer. It's been 4 days and no replies so far.
If it wasn't for the milestone spends on Magnus card I'd have ditched Axis a long time ago.
Where are you mailing them?I got my Magnus in mid-september. Didn't get any points till one month. Then saw someone mentioned here things like linking card to edge rewards. My points to miles ratio was also 5:1 instead of 5:4.
So, I raised ticket for linking card. They took 3 weeks of regular follow ups and finally linked it in October last week and I was able to see 5:4 ratio.
Now early this week they credited points for transactions till mid October. And after that closed the ticket.
I mailed them again asking for remaining transactions. They told usual 12 days timeline. But some of my transactions had crossed even that. So, I asked them again and then they have again taken another request and will take one more week to resolve/reply.
Heard this from the burgundy CC.I had chance to directly connect with IT team 🙂 after 30 mins of conversation realized there is lot of disconnection from product team and IT team.
And if there are any delay in points please ask CC team write emails to respective team then only SR will be addressed

They reply usually within 24 hours. Sometimes 3-4 hours, if u send early morning.
