Just basic documents aadhar pan nothing much. One one photo which will be clicked from agent phone. Nothing much. He will click photos of the documents no need to submit photocopies

Today evening suddenly IPV agent called to me mentioning it's not possible for him to come. So he asked to send the aadhar pic and my home pic in WhatsApp 😂😂😂

I Applied for the card on 2nd April 2022 . Today after 51 Days (1.7 Months) , It is Approved .
I applied online via C2C method (5 Month old ICICI MMT Signature card) . No income Documents asked .
VKYC completed the next day (then too it kept showing VKYC not completed in Application status , it was just that the system took time to update it - after a week )

(This is the Longest phase in this process) 20 Days after applying , In-Person Verification took place . After which , silence ... I reached out to CRM Email and Twitter , but to no avail.
After a week of IPV , I did receive a call from Bob asking whether the IPV (In-Person Verification) went smoothly and did the agent ask for money or not ...
After 46 days of application , I went ahead to PG Portal to file a Grievance , as I was frustrated that it was just showing the same Application status for weeks on end now !
Today after 7 days of making that Grievance , My Application is Approved . (Coincidence ? Maybe)

I request Everyone now to take 2 Months Time Minimum for BoB Application to process . After which you can reach the pgportal .

ohh i should i submitted my cc statement instead of ITR could have got Eterna but not as LTF though, at least premier with good limit

By Default I got this . A few people also getting Visa variant a few days back . So , It's Completely Random which one you will get .
No Select Badge on the back , but Loungekey Registration is Successful .

I have Visa variant. That's why I asked. Planning to convert to Rupay. Any extra benefits if I do so?

By Default I got this . A few people also getting Visa variant a few days back . So , It's Completely Random which one you will get .
No Select Badge on the back , but Loungekey Registration is Successful .

I don't remember the exact date....the CIBIL check was on 7th April.

They are also giving Eterna as LTF

Are you sure?
I heard that only 3 cards included in this LTF campaign viz. Easy, select, Premier.

I think its just the only 1st case bro.
Souvik is just an exception I guess.
And that too because there was so much arguement and it was also fault of BOB and to compensate they might have offered him so.
If few more people are getting it normally then we can try too😉😉🤗🤗

Let me give you some information
I had a detailed discussion on this BoB customer care. What they told me is:-

1. Generally for the salaried people if the CTC is above 18 lakhs then you will be provided LTF.

2. Secondly, for the ITR already what Sumanta said is true, i.e 30 Lakhs

However the most important part is:-

After the Mastercard ban, BoB is not providing Eterna anymore to the people who is not eligible. On the other hand if you are eligible for Eterna but applied for Premier then also automatically you will be upgraded to Eterna LTF. From March onwards almost 95% Eterna has been issued in LTF category.

Even in this forum some one mentioned that he applied for Premier but has been issued Eterna LTF.

Last but not the least in my case:-

I don't fall under the income bracket of Eterna LTF but still I was given. 2-3 reason could be:-

1. I escalated multiple times to RBI even somebody named Debabrata Sarkar from RBI itself was following up.
2. My depth of credit and Credit Hitory for last 12 years has been outstanding.
3. Although they havnt asked me but I myself have given them 3 months bank statement, 2 years ITR, HDFC DCB Front face photo along statement for last 2 month and my official ID card.

After all of these although I don't fall under the income bracket specified but they couldn't deny my application for LTF.
