Shared limit - minimum spend

Suppose we get two cards from the same bank:
1. A with minimum spend 50k/year for fee waiver, and
2. B, with minimum spend 100k/year for fee waiver
These cards, A and B, share a 2L limit.

Do the "spends" get pooled too for fee waiver? Or do I have to spend a full 100k on B and 50k on A (totally 150k) to get both fees waived? And if I spend 100k on A and 50k on B, would I still have to pay B's fees? :O

A related question (not one I'm too interested in at the moment) is whether the reward points get pooled when the limit is pooled.

Solo, fee waiver calculation will be done on solo card transaction.

That's a raw deal! You don't even get a limit increase but need to spend like a freak to get fee waived!
