I did a transaction at nearby petrol station using HDFC CC On April 14. It kept showing one transaction in the app but after 2-3 days amount is appearing twice in unbilled amounts (received sms once for original transaction). Customer care says need to block card to raise dispute due to time difference is showing for both transactions and it can therefore be a fraud (none of it matches actual time which is strange). I denied due to this is my primary card and i’m going out of India this weekend so new card will not be delivered on time. What else can be done? I can go to petrol station to check as well.
