Should I take Neu Plus CC LTF

Hi,
I have already completed my Rewards League...
I wanted a Neu Infinity CC LTF, so I tried to apply for it via Tata Neu App. But after completing the application it is only providing me Neu Plus Card LTF...no Infinity CC LTF or FYF...should I take it or should I wait?

I had applied for millennia on C2C basis 6 months ago. I had 5.8L limit on parent card. But they had given me money back card with 45k limit. I used this card only once till now because this card is useless. Now, I got LTF offer from Tata Neu. The banner showed only plus card. If my card gets approved then I'll close moneyback card as it is of no use to me.

If it's LTF keep it for buying gift vouchers via Smartbuy for 5% Cashback ... Tata Neu cards doesn't give 5% cashback on Smartbuy

I have never used smart buy. What vouchers do you buy? Is it worth it compared to upfront discount in sale? I have not seen any good offer in Amazon/Flipkart on HDFC in last 6 month. All the offers were on EMI. Can we get smartbuy cashback on amazon/Flipkart EMI transactions? Are all the upfront 10% discount offers in sale applicable for tata neu cards?

I buy Gift Cards of Big Basket and Amazon.
Big Basket Gift vouchers when used via Tata Neu helps me save 10% (5% while buying the gift voucher + 5% via neu coins)... Amazon ones I generally use to make bill payments

Yes 10% discount are applicable on Tata Neu CCs..
You get 1% cashback on full payments on Flipkart via Smartbuy... Amazon is not available on Smartbuy

If your existing HDFC Card limit is below ₹1.5L, then they won't offer you Neu Infinity card. Don't wait for it.

Well not sure how i got it then .

I had business money back cc with 90k limit and in 1 month i applied for infinity and using the same for almost 6+ months with le of 1.5L

Getting auto Millenia upgrade from Moneyback is very difficult. You have to manually ask them via email to upgrade quoting your relationship with HDFC Bank.

Moreover, they won't consider Tata Neu card for Millenia upgrade. You should keep both cards active. Don't close.

Received Infinity card recently.
But the HDFC IVR doesn't recognise my card for validation and am not able to connect to customer care.
Any solution for this?

Send an email to grievence redressal
They acknowledge and take action if needed.

Sit at a place where signals are good and you only need your original PAN and Aadhar for the VKYC. VKYC can also be done sitting in a parked car where signals are good. Otherwise you can request them to send across a rep for the KYC procedure. VKYC will save you couple of days.

If you already have an existing HDFC card, then the chances for physical KYC is very slim.
