Should i Upgarde my Magnus to M4B?

I have a magnus card with which i hit AEP in the months of September and October. The AEP points are to be credited in 45 days. So the points will get deposited on Nov15 and Dec15. I am currently eligible for the upgrade to Magnus for Burgundy. Will i lose my AEP points that I need to get if I upgrade now?

I want to upgrade now instead of waiting till the points are deposited because I want to use the Group A Limits before December at 5:4.

Please suggest if anyone faced such a situation and how the events paned out for them.

Any help in this matter will be appreciated because it is a matter of 100k points for both months AEP.

convert to M4B just say 3 months before you are planning to redeem at 5:4 ratio

I want to buy a car worth 8 lacs and I don't have any milestone card. Earlier I thought will apply atlas when I purchase is near but my bad luck they stopped issuing it. What should I do, get magnus for now and later upgrade to m4b when redeeming or should I directly get m4b ?
Or any other good card which could be suggested would be great? Is horizon worthy here?
After my car purchase I might not use my card much.
