I used singapore klook pass from klook app. You can book multiple activities using the pass.

Local sim is quite expensive, better buy esim from Klook. Works very well, also cheap! Jio international roaming also very inexpensive for calls but not for internet.

Flights must have been booked already, for flights I will suggest booking of SIA for at least return journey. That way you can drop your luggage early at the airport and explore the airport on the last day.

1. Is an entrance ticket required to see the Jewel waterfall?
2. Does the 30 SGD metro card offer unlimited travel without any conditions?
3. Can the Changi Lounge be accessed upon arrival with a Marquee CC or Priority Pass?

1. Its not needed but if you want a place where u can take good photograph go to Level 3 which is paid but its worth it , u can walk on the glass bridge plus there's a beautiful garden which kids will enjoy lots.

1. As someone answered already, no tickets required.
2. weigh in the options between a normal ez-link card/30 SGD tourist pass/ using Tap-and-pay enabled credit card
3. yes, but worthless lounge.

My Flight will be arriving at Terminal 4, still can I go to terminal 2 after arriving in Singapore ?

Try using Accor app and there they have option for flight + hotel booking in same package. The only thing with that is you get to opt from list of All Accor hotels only. The only benefit of doing so is they have options where the flight ticket is also covered as part of hotel fairs.

Where did you find the flight + hotel option in accor app? I tried searching for it but couldn't find it.
