Nope borrow was their 2nd phase
First phase it was pure BNPL card
I used it as BNPL card with offers
NXT slice mini visa, borrow etc
Now third phase slice mini rupay,borrow, UPI

I think new users who took latest slice card may not get any cibil loan type

I closed borrow when they introduced slice borrow. Now I use only Slice prepaid wallet, they sometimes give good offer.
