Today Slice un freezed my account, but i wont continue to use, because again i do regular UPI transactions means they will freeze. So i am ignoring that bullshit small finance bank

Use it as a secondary account to park funds for time being. It is still a very good bank. They will evolve with time. Atleast they r responsive unlike some of the other banks. Even IDFC first used to rampantly freeze accounts 2 years back(so much so that even Sumanta da had to put a separate post on TF about it). But nowadays we dont see much cases of freeze by them. Their AI has evolved over time to ignore false positive alarms.

 

I am not using Slice account for last two months before two months i maintained 16000 in account, but yesterday i added 85000 and done one UPI and bank transfer transaction, account "CREDIT FREEZE" happened. Anyone face this kind of issue with Slice account

After Slice Unfreeze my account today i have a done 3 UPI transactions to three different merchant not max 150rs but again Slice "CREDIT FREEZE" my account second time. I think what kind of bank this is I thought to close the account permanently.

For regular small value upi transactions only sms alerts but for large transactions and bank transfer u get both sms+email alerts. The daily interest credit and cashbacks on regular upi spends are just added benefits. I just paid Rs.17 on a grocery store today using my slice upi and got Rs 7 cashback. Thats like 41% cashback.

It is hardly a 5-6sec game. It is not necessary to play instantly. U can take few minutes gap. I usually play immediately.

Slice team for sure knows how to keep their customers happy🤩. It is not the freebies but the extra effort they take that matters.
