It never worked properly at least for me on PayZapp, smartbuy used to work. On PayZapp after making payment it didn’t redirect to IRCTC to login and complete booking.

I just confirmed. It is a mobile app limitation. Desktop site shows Amazon Pay, Freecharge and others.

HDFC won't give IRCTC card (tried very hard).

Have applied for SBI IRCTC premier card but it's more than 1.5 month with no update.

No. I guess no company states reason for rejection.

Even my wife who is a SBI staff applied for same and her application was rejected. I raised the matter to the highest authority at SBI Card in case of her but nothing happened. She had excellent CIBIL, good income with no liabilities and only one SBI card given to SBI staffs only, still didn't get the IRCTC card. Sometimes credit card companies have really weird rules for rejection.

Applied within 6 month of earlier card?
Or just after limit enhancement?
