Smartbuy 5% rewards posted incorrectly

Hi guys,

I have purchased railway tickets 4 times using smartbuy portal with siwggy card. 3 of them gave the 5% cb correctly but one was incorrect.

Whom should i contact regarding this? Hdfc or smartbuy? If it is smartbuy, then how shall i contact them?

In how many days after transaction in smartbuy using HDFC DEBIT CARD , rewardpoints shows.
Please share your exp???

BCz recently I did a train ticket using hdfc debit card, the transaction also showed as VIASMARTBUY, so how many days I have to wait to receive reward points??

For EasyShop Platinum DC, I receive it within 3 to 7 days usually. I heard, for Millennia DC, it takes longer.
