Smartbuy IRCTC issue

Does anyone facing issue for train ticket booking with Smartbuy IRCTC? Once you select the train and click the the check availability button or train class it hangs. Throws a pop up that partner is not responding. I tried it with laptop as well mobile. Same issue. IRCTC website is working well independently.

Why this sarcasm? We are just sharing our experience.. if its good shared it.. even if it was bad would have shared it..
Coming to the pending issue.. I haven't seen this issue so far personally on any booking (3-4 bookings in last 2 months) so can't really help but smartbuy support was quite fast to respond in my past experience so if you want to try please reach out to them

The point is 90% success rate doesn't make a system efficient.

But a 10% failure rate definitely makes it risky.

Agreed, the system might be risky.. but if it has worked for me I have share the same here.. and I think others have done the same.. forum is all about sharing experiences so that consumer of this info can take informed decision.. so don't be sarcastic instead feel free to share any input that helps the community.. let's keep the env friendly and not sarcastic.. it's not like smartbuy has paid any of us to write good things about them 🙂
 
I would suggest to completely ignore Smartbuy for booking railway tickets now. It is highly unreliable. On Payzapp, after payment we're getting blank screen and on Smartbuy website there is some other error.
Can you please tell me what to do if my payment is successfully done through payzapp for booking train tickets but after payment got blank screen and didn’t receive any PNR or train tickets info. Whom should i contact regarding payment reversal or refund?

Money will get refunded automatically within a week. No need to contact anyone. You'll also receive the payment failure mail from Smartbuy after sometime.

Smart buy is not showing anything regarding refund, and no data on IRCTC site regarding this booking.

Been using SmartBuy for nearly 5 years and have probably done close to a hundred train bookings, if not more. Yes, sometimes their website has issues that take 1-2 days to resolve. It is also a bad idea to use it after 11 pm and at 8, 10, 11 am when bookings open for 4 months from now and Tatkal.
Yes, my money has been deducted on a few occasions and booking failed. That is mostly because I selected a flag like "Minimum 1 Lower Berth", "Book only if berth confirmed" etc. Not once has my money been stuck and required follow-up. It is always auto-refunded typically within 3 days.
